Cancellation Policy

I (the client) acknowledge LeLushes Beauty & Avon Nails does their full effort to fulfill my appointments times and I (the client) respectfully acknowledge the times I (the client) schedule to be available. I (the client) understand the following set CANCELLATION policies that are also non-refundable agreements of service. If client(s) cancel or reschedule less than 24 hrs of clients’ appointment, a 50% of the service fee will be accessed upon cancellation. No show violation will be charge the full amount of the appointment . Second cancellation offense, client will be charged the full appointment amount. If you cancel often you will be no longer able to book with LeLushes Beauty & Avon Nails. While things may happen, we advise appropriately booking. All clients have a 10 minutes grace period, if clients’ are more than 10 minutes late, the deposit and appointment will be forfeited. While we know things may happen, we advise to call the salon as soon as possible.
